About Nicole

The Power of Connection
I believe deeply in the power of human connection. Research confirms that positive relational experiences are essential components of our emotional wellbeing. In our therapy sessions, I strive to create a space where authentic connection flourishes, helping you process what hurts while discovering the strength to move forward with clarity and purpose.
My Personal Journey
My own healing journey began in my youth and continues to evolve today. Through working with remarkable therapists, I discovered my natural capacity for compassion, curiosity, and empathy. My life transformed when I embraced my authentic self, developed a caring relationship with my pain, and shifted from feeling "not good enough" to recognizing my inherent worth. Today, I practice choosing curiosity over judgment and courage over comfort.
Finding Balance
As a mother of two and an empathic introvert, I understand the path to burnout when giving becomes unbalanced. I've learned that balancing care for others with self-care isn't selfish—it's essential. As a recovering people-pleaser, I've discovered that prioritizing wellbeing allows us to show up more fully for others and ourselves.
Creating Your Haven
At Mind Haven Therapy, I'm intentional about creating space for what truly matters: your energy, your peace, and your growth. Together, we'll work to establish your own mental wellness haven—a place where you can find calm amidst life's challenges and clarity when making important decisions about your future.
